OUR BUILT IN OVEN IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE FIRST OF ITS KIND INCORPORATED ON A TRAILER PIT. THIS IS DESIGNED AFTER A NORTHERN MEXICO COOKER CALLED AN "ATAUD" WHICH MEANS "COFFIN" IN SPANISH. IT IS USED  IN MEXICO FOR COOKING PORK,CHICKEN, AND MAINLY "CABRITO" WHICH IS A YOUNG KID GOAT. IT DELIVERS THE  MOST TENDER AND JUICY MEAT YOU CAN IMAGINE BY TRAPPING  MOISTURE FROM THE MEAT AND GiVING IT A REALLY BEAUTIFUL COLOR!
